It is with a heavy heart that I pass along the following message from Martha Hipp Daniel from this evening, 34 minutes ago:

I am so very sad and ask for your prayers. Mike passed away this afternoon. I know he’s in Heaven but I still already miss him so very much!

After many years of searching for SGT Jones, I found that he pass away Sepember 27, 2015 after a long illness.  He will be missed!

Talked to Joseph R. Elswick Jr. yesterday in Virginia. If any one would like information on Joseph, please let me know.

It only took 41 years, but on May 7th and 8th, 2011, I met with Eldon Preuss and Ed “Bry” McClellan in Wichita, Kansas along with our wives. It was a great reunion. It felt like we had been in contact with each other all of these years. I just hope that this is just one of many reunions to come for all of us.
